  1.     The CHANGE HANDLE command provides a convenient shortcut to change your
  2. handle without having to enter the Profile Editor.  To use this command, enter
  3. is as follows:

  5. CHANGE HANDLE <handle>

  7.     <message> may be any new handle that is not already in use in TOP, and may
  8. include PubColour codes.  The total length of the new handle, however, must be
  9. 30 characters or less.  Provided the handle you specify is not already in use,
  10. your handle will be changed to the new one immediately.
